Oddly enough, the story behind Eugene is more interesting than the character of Eugene. Mirman was Small's roommate at some point, and he's also a stand up. So I guess Small wanted to give him a part in the show. Neat, huh? Anyway Eugene is the Russian kid. Up for a practically joke [sic] and a Skunk Scout member.
