With his friends Jason Penopolis and Melissa Robbins, Brendon maintains an amazing ability to turn his personal angst into cinematic angst. Brendon's father left the family years ago, living now with his mother, Paula; he has sinced found father figures in bizarre places, namely local soccer coach Jon McGuirk.
